backgrounds, making the sum
much more than its parts.
Two chefs – Felipe Donnelly with a background in catering
mixed with advertising. Our other Chef, Carolina Santos Neves,
a graduate from the Natural Gourmet Institute with a
publishing career at Epicurious.
Mac Osborne, in charge of front of the house operations is
our Greenwich boy and gives us a button down style he
inherited from a long Hotel restaurant career (which he left
for something with more heart). Tamy Rofe, a host at heart
with a long history of strategic planning at ad agencies.
It is through the combination of the four of us, plus over 40
other servers and cooks who make both of our restaurants
warm, inviting and alive, that we are able to to create and
re-imagine events for all our clients.
